Physical Fitness Builds Up Your Self Esteem | Self Improvement ...

Self esteem can be built up or destroyed at a very tender age. This means that you can bring up your kids in a 2 way that they are proud of who they are and have a positive life view which will go a long way in ensuring that they have a bright life. One thing that you can do is ensure that your children are physically fit.

Take them for exercise? and let them take up a sport that ensures that they are in a routine keeping fit activity. This does not mean that they should look skinny or starved. When your child is fit, they will have a good view of themselves and this boosts their self esteem, which in turn helps interact with others and gives them a positive world view. Your children will thus be great people to live with, work for and work with in the future. It is said that to have a sound mind it is good to have a sound body. Physical fitness is an aspect of sound body. When you lack sleep the memory cells of brain do not grow at its normal rate, and on particular times it almost diminishes to make new cells.
