E FUN announces Next7 Android tablet

E FUN Next7One of the hardest things to beat about the iPad is its highly competitive price point for a premium device. Since tablet manufacturers haven?t been too successful selling expensive Android tablets, it has opened up the gateway to the release of a whole plethora of budget Android tablets. E FUN is one of those companies tapping into this market and it has announced the launch of its latest Nextbook Premium tablet, the Next7.

Featuring a 7? display and a 1GHz processor, the Next7 runs on Android 2.3 Gingerbread. It packs 4GB of internal storage, an SD card slot, built-in speakers and a G-sensor. The Next7 is designed for reading, browsing the internet, emailing, watching videos and other daily activities which you can do on your smartphone but would rather do on a larger display instead. It isn?t a Google experience tablet, so you won?t have access to the Android Market or have Android apps preloaded with the device, but you do get access to ASTRO File Manager, OfficeSuite Viewer, SlideME App manager and Kobo eBook Store.

The E FUN Next7 will be available on June 19th with an MSRP of $299.99. Find out more.
