Clinical studies suggest a correlation between anxiety and difficulty in maintaining balance causes the disorder.

The standard approach to treating most anxiety disorders is a combination of talk therapy and ?anxiety medication. The drugs usually recommended for depression, are often considered as the first line treatment for anxiety disorders. ?
