Android Game Review ? Cells Pro-Game Of Life

Those of you who never really got into the complicated mechanisms of cell division in biology class now get the chance to create their own dynamics with ?Cells Pro-Game Of Life?. The indie developer Nikita Makarov created a game which allows you to execute almost divine powers: your task is to bring small cells to life by tapping on the screen and placing them strategically on an agars. There are several rules to consider, which are explained in a rather detailed tutorial. The game offers five different game modes, for example you can create your own levels in the sandbox mode and play with some of your friends in the multiplayer mode.

The gaming experience is limited by the lack of musical variation in the background and there are also no sound effects which could breathe some life into the swarming cells. The graphics make the game look quite retro, which isn?t a bad thing, but again, it would have been nice if the sounds had enhanced that impression.

To sum up there is to say that ?Cells Pro-Game Of Life? is a nice, kind of retro-themed,?puzzle game with simple rules. Thanks to the swarming cells, the gameplay is quite dynamic and it keeps you entertained for a little while.
